Combining a Venetian 16th C. torchere with a chaise designed by Corbusier or Castiglione? All that in a light and airy house designed by Louis Kahn? These two speedboats fit in perfectly. Reproductions of 1930s French test-tank models, forerunners of Hovercraft and designed to beat speed records. Sadly they never made it into full size life. We love the design and color and their uniqueness. 1930s science turning into SF. Made from layers of hand applied laminated veneer, very light but surprisingly resilient.
