Shipping and Delivery Information
Free Ground Shipping (Lower 48 States)
As part of our continuing ‘Low Price, Great Service’ policy, NauticalSelect.com currently offers FREE standard ground shipping
to the continental United States on most products, in addition to very affordable standard shipping to Hawaii, Alaska and Canada. Most products ship within 2 to 3 business days. The average time for arrival is 7 to 10 business days after the order has been processed depending upon the order destination.
Over-Sized, Over-Weight, and Fragile Items
Important: The free standard shipping offer does not apply to certain fragile and/or over-sized products that require specialized delivery. These products and their associated delivery costs are clearly marked on the site and require staff assistance for purchasing.

Note:
2-Day Air and 3-Day Select, the day the order is picked up by UPS does NOT count as a travel day.
EXAMPLE:
If you place an order on Tuesday BEFORE 10 AM (PST) using 2-Day Air, your package will be picked up by UPS at 2PM (PST) on Tuesday. Wednesday and Thursday are travel days, you will receive your package on Thursday afternoon.
If you place an order on Tuesday AFTER 10 AM (PST) using 2-Day Air, your package will be picked up by UPS at 2PM (PST) on Wednesday. Thursday and Friday are travel days, you will receive your package on Friday afternoon.
P.O.Boxes
We are unable to ship to post office boxes at this time. Upon receiving an
order with a P.O. Box destination, one of our customer service representatives
will attempt to contact you for a physical mailing address. If we do not
receive a response within 3 days, we will be forced to cancel the order.
APO's & FPO's
Please call or email before placing an order to an APO or FPO as one of our service representatives will need to verify the details of the shipment. Additional fees may apply.
Multiple Item Orders
In order to provide quick and efficient service, we utilize multiple shipping points throughout the country. As some products may not be available at all locations,
individual products within the same order may arrive in separate packaging on separate dates. Do not be alarmed if you receive only a ‘partial’ shipment, as the other products in the order will arrive shortly thereafter. If you have not received all ordered products within (5) days or have other questions about the order, please give us a call.
Freight Shipping
Products which are shipped by freight typically are curbside drop off only. This means that the freight company will not bring an item inside your house. Freight orders that are cancelled or refused without notice after the product has been shipped will be subject to return freight charges.
